Axis & Arc is a beginner-friendly pole dance studio centered on strength, technique, and self-expression. Classes are designed to be approachable from day one, while still supporting long-term progress. Whether you're completely new or building on existing skills, the focus remains the same -intentional movement, proper technique, and developing confidence in your body over time. The studio offers Intro to Pole, Pole Flow, Strength & Tricks, Flexibility, and Floor Dance. From foundational skills to fluid transitions and grounded floorwork, each class supports a different aspect of your practice. Expect a focused, supportive environment without pressure to perform.
