Universal links should now open directly in the app when attempting to direct users to a specific: - View - Form - Record - Flow - Users now have the ability to request that their account be closed from directly within the Settings in the app. Fixed - If a user was in the process of entering data on a Form and backgrounded the app before saving the record, and then accessed a deeplink to a different part of TrackVia, unsaved Form data was previously being lost. We corrected this to ensure that the appropriate "Save data" / "Leave Current Flow" modals are always presented to allow end-users to save in-flight data before proceeding to a different part of the application.

New - When navigating through a flow, if a View has zero records in it, we added support to allow the end user to consistently see the ‘alternate step’ configured in the Flow builder, fully covering cases where: - No records are present in a View after a search using a variable - No records are present in a View after a search using a barcode scanner - No records are present in a View after a manual search - No records are present in a View and the View is initially empty Fixed - We fixed an issue within Flows that was leading to end users being directed to an incorrect step in the flow after passing through a View step with the optional setting for alternate routing when a View has zero records in it configured. - We fixed an issue causing some users to see the incorrect “Add Form” when attempting to add a Parent record to a Cross-App connected Table via a Relationship Field. - We fixed two memory consumption issues on the backend of the app leading users to seeing intermittent timeouts or experience an unresponsive app.

Fixed - We fixed an issue with the global Go To Search not appearing in certain situations in app.

Fixed - We fixed an intermittent error that was blocking users from launching the app, displaying "Error: Resource Unavailable". In edge cases where this error may continue to occur, we have added the ability to 'Retry' in order to allow the user to bypass any issues and progress into the application.

Fixed - Default values are now properly saved for show/hide dropdown fields. - We resolved a bug in the file browser for our iPadOS 16 users. What’s Fixed? This release patches a bug that was causing the 'Save' button to not be accessible on Map Views in certain situations on specific devices. We also cleaned up some instances where text alignment on Dashboards and in the Form building flow was overlapping and causing confusion.

What’s New? Multi-Account Access is now supported on iOS devices! For users with access to multiple TrackVia accounts, you can now traverse seamlessly between those accounts from within the native iOS application without having to sign out and sign back into your accounts. As expected, all security settings, SSO, session timeout settings, and app permissions are honored per-account, as configured by their respective Super Admin(s). Additionally, all stored data is cleared between account logins. Users whose email address is permissed to multiple accounts will now be able to access a dropdown of their accounts easily from within the main sidebar navigation in the app to support easily traversing between their various work environments. Note: Traversing between multiple accounts is not supported if your device is offline. What’s Fixed? We made some updates to the way that the application handles deep links, to ensure that they work in more situations when navigating into the TrackVia app via links in emails & notifications.
