TrackStack Time Management is a habit-forming time management tool designed to encourage and reward the intentional expenditure of time
To use TrackStack, you simply create a category and press the screen to set a timer - with a duration based on how long you pressed.
Once the timer ends (or you end it early) a 'Block' is dropped onto your daily stack, representing the time spent.
Each day, as you consider how to spend your time, you'll steadily build a 'Stack' representing how often you considered your time, and what you decided to do with it.
Over time, you can look over past days and weeks to gain perspective on your habits, and insight towards your goals.
