Fixed an issue where if microphone permissions were denied, you could still press the record button but nothing would be recorded/saved. If you have denied permission to the microphone and click the record button now, you will be given the option to open the app settings if you wish to change that.

The recordings also include whatever is said through the microphone, so you will have context to whatever is picked up on through the app itself.
