Enrollment Banner – A green banner will display across the top for members in an open and/or initial enrollment period with outstanding benefit elections. The banner will only display during the defined enrollment dates. Enrollment Workflow Deep Link – When the Enrollment Banner is displayed, members will have the ability to click on the banner and be routed directly to the enrollment workflow. Pending Badge – Benefit elections that are in a pending status due to approval needed by the HR Administrator and/or due to outstanding documentation, will now display a “Pending” badge. This badge will display within My Benefits and Benefits & Accounts.

Various bug fixes and performance improvements

- The new mobile "HR note" functionality is now available so the benefit administrators can now use this functionality to communicate with the members via the Benefitplace™ mobile app. As with the existing web HR note functionality, Mobile App HR notes can be used to share global communications visible to all plan members or can be limited to specific member populations dictated by the benefit administrator. Mobile app HR notes can be configured to include a combination of text, links, documents and media formats, including pictures and videos. - Miscellaneous bug fixes

Benefitfocus is pleased to introduce a brand-new Benefitplace™ app homepage experience. Following the release of our new web homepage in summer 2022, the app has been updated to align to the same new look and feel, as well as provide instant visibility to relevant benefit details and actions without having to navigate to a specific page. Informed by extensive user feedback and testing, the new homepage includes a thoughtful arrangement of information to provide a more personalized, user-friendly experience for you to interact with your benefits. Enhancements include: - Modern look and feel - “Swipe-able” overview tiles for active benefits - One-tap access to ID cards and other priority actions - Account balances presented right on homepage, where integrations are available - New tabs for Insights and Quick Links, based on options configured by your employer
