This application enables contactless payments with your phone and the execution of Flik instant payments.

What does NLB Pay allow you to do?
- Pay for purchases in stores and withdraw cash at contactless ATMs using Google Pay or Apple Pay. Simply unlock your mobile phone with NFC enabled, hold it near the POS terminal, and wait for the sound signal.
- View all payments and withdrawals under “Transactions” section of NLB Pay.
- Confirm online card payments. When paying with a card online, you will receive a notification on your phone and can easily confirm the transaction directly in the mobile wallet (using facial recognition, fingerprint, or the numeric password used to access NLB Pay).
- Send money to family and friends. With Flik instant payments, you can transfer money to other Flik users via their phone number. The funds will appear in their account within seconds — even if they use another bank.
- Use Flik functionalities such as bill splitting and recurring payments.
- Manage card security settings. You can limit card usage at ATMs, online, abroad, and lock or unlock the card if needed.
- Add all merchant loyalty cards to NLB Pay.
Supported devices
NLB Pay is available to users of smartphones running Android 9.0 or iOS 15 and above.
Security first.
Due to card system security requirements, NLB Pay does not operate on mobile phones with modified factory settings or devices with altered system software (rooted phones). It also does not work if your phone is not secured/locked with at least one security element — PIN, pattern, fingerprint, facial recognition, etc.

Kaj vam omogoča NLB Pay?
- Plačevanje nakupov v trgovinah in dvigovanje gotovine na brezstičnih bankomatih z uporabo storitve Google Pay, Apple Pay. Mobilni telefon z vklopljenim NFC le odklenete, prislonite in počakate na zvočni signal.
- Pregled vseh plačil in dvigov se v NLB Pay pregledno shranjujejo v razdelku "Transakcije".
- Potrjevanje spletnih nakupov s karticami. Ob plačilu s kartico na spletu prejmete na telefon sporočilo in plačilo preprosto potrdite kar v mobilni denarnici (s prepoznavo obraza, prstnega odtisa ali številčnim geslom za vstop v NLB Pay).
- Nakazovanje denarja sorodnikom in prijateljem. S takojšnjimi plačili Flik lahko drugim Flik uporabnikom denar nakažete kar prek njihove telefonske številke. Denar bo na njihovem računu že v nekaj sekundah tudi, če imajo osebni račun odprt pri drugi banki.

- Upravljanje z varnostnimi nastavitvami kartic. Omejite delovanje kartice na bankomatih, spletu, v tujini ter po potrebi odklenite ali zaklenite kartico.

NLB Pay je na voljo uporabnikom pametnih telefonov z operacijskim sistemom Android 9.0. ali iOS 15 in višje.
Varnost je na prvem mestu.
NLB Pay zaradi varnostnih zahtev kartičnih sistemov ne deluje na mobilnih telefonih s spremenjenimi tovarniškimi nastavitvami oziroma telefonih, ki imajo spremenjeno prednastavljeno programsko kodo (zlom zaščite - »rootani« mobilni telefoni). Ravno tako ne deluje, če telefona nimate zavarovanega / zaklenjenega z vsaj enim varnostnim elementov – PIN, vzorec, prstni odtis, prepoznava obraza …
