WeScope puts the full power of professional estimate management in your pocket. Designed specifically for restoration contractors, WeScope lets you submit estimate requests, track their progress, and download completed deliverables — all without opening a laptop.
Getting started is simple. Log in with your WeScope account, and you'll immediately see all of your active estimate requests organized by status. Filter between Pending, Working, and Completed estimates, or search by project number to find exactly what you need.
Submitting a new estimate request takes just minutes. You can import project data directly from your CRM — WeScope automatically pulls in photos, documents, and notes so you don't have to enter them twice. If you don't have a CRM, the guided submission flow walks you through every step, from project details and job type to carrier information and scope notes.
One of the most powerful features is the video walkthrough. Record a narrated walkthrough of the project site, and WeScope transcribes your narration in real time using on-device speech recognition. This gives the estimating team a detailed, first-person account of the damage without you having to type a single word.
You can also attach Matterport 3D scans to any estimate request, giving the WeScope team a complete virtual view of the property alongside your photos, videos, and documents.
Once your estimate is submitted, stay in the loop as it progresses. Estimates in a Working status show their position in the queue so you always know where things stand. If the team needs additional information, the app will notify you and make it easy to respond with photos, files, or a written message directly from the estimate detail screen.
When your estimate is complete, download it instantly as a PDF to review or share, or grab the ESX file to import directly into Xactimate. Need a revision or supplement? Submit a change request right from the app and the team will get to work.
WeScope supports the full range of restoration job types including water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, biohazard, contents, roofing, and structural repairs.
