Propertyware Mobile gives you instant access to your Propertyware information when you’re away from the office.
With this App you can access:
· Contact information for your active tenants, owners and vendors
· Active Portfolios with financial information and owner contacts
· Active Buildings, Floor Plans and Units with photos and open maintenance items
· Active Leases with financials, ledger, addendums, auto charges and open maintenance items
· Conversations between yourself and your tenants, owners and staff
· Custom fields, conversations, notes, documents and activities for all the above sections
In addition to accessing your information, you can contribute using your iPhone:
· Capture and attach photos to your buildings, units and maintenance items
· Create notes for your contacts, leases, portfolios and maintenance items with voice-to-text capture
· Contribute to existing Conversations and create new Conversation threads
Need to be able to create work orders on next release. Other than this the app works great!

Not being able to access the calendar with this app is really unfortunate.

2.0 Can't create, edit or close work orders. Can't read complete work order descriptions. Lack of these features defeats app usefulness to repair staff. Get these things fixed, then it will be a 5 star app.
Huge Improvement!

Huge improvement in the new version- fixed major bug related to lease dates, better links between property/ lease/ contacts. Far easier to find and call the right contacts. Would love to see some rent collection tools - access to certain reports or built lists of leases with unpaid rent. Also would like to be able to automatically track calls made by clicking on phone # (just track who clicked, date and time)
