Hello,erm what? You never sent any support request. Especially as most users get their mails answered within some hours...Furthermore why giving the app a bad rating for something you forgot? Its explicitly written that a forgotten password cannot be recovered as everything (!) is completely encrypted and only accessible via the master password. Everything else would not make any sense for an app that should keep things secure! To reset just delete data of the app, e.g. by reinstalling.

I’ve been using this app for years and love the security it provides, storing all my passwords for me. I would give 5star but I recently moved from Samsung to iPhone, I had Pro version on Samsung but I can’t seem to find any support to have the Pro version on iPhone unless I re-buy. Maybe the developer could reach out with info.
