Lost all historical data after update, new GUI is not user friendly, now have to pay a monthly subscription? Was going to upgrade to a newer BP machine from Onrom but not now. Most likely will go with Whitings.

As a Canadian, having to authorize my health data to be exported to the USA to use this app is very very bad. The chart has been made useless but that’s something they can fix. The privacy issue is a deal breaker.
New app update broke BT connection

The previous app was working fine. After updating to the new version, the Bluetooth connection was severed and following all published steps to repair/reconnect doesn’t solve it. Very disappointing. Now I have to spend time troubleshooting that was working just fine before.

Please follow the below steps to pair your device.Step 1: Go to Settings app on your smart device to remove the OMRON device from Bluetooth settings.o Steps to remove the Blood Pressure Monitor from the Bluetooth Settings on iOS smart devices.1. Open the Settings app on the smart device.2. Locate “Bluetooth” and tap it. (See the screen below)3. Check the list under “MY DEVICES” and find a device that starts with “HEM” or “BP”.4. Tap the “i” button on right against the device.5. Tap on “Forget This Device” button to remove from Bluetooth. Formerly, the app worked on my phone with no sign in to an Omron account. Now an account sign in is required – which suggests the data is no longer stored solely on the phone. This is unacceptable. I will enter my data directly into Apple health.
