Our app has recently introduced a proof of delivery feature that uses an OTP code system to ensure secure and accurate delivery confirmation. The feature provides an added layer of security to the delivery process by preventing fraud and unauthorized access to sensitive packages. The recipient receives an OTP code after confirming the package's delivery, which only they can access to confirm receipt of the package. Once the OTP code is entered into the app, the sender receives a notification confirming successful delivery and access to proof of delivery. The feature provides a reliable and secure way to confirm package delivery and offers an efficient and user-friendly experience for both sender and recipient.
