One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.The products I received were far below acceptable standards — poor quality, dusty packaging, misleading sizing, and materials that felt like they came from a clearance warehouse. Some items were nowhere near what was shown in the photos.Even worse, their customer service is dismissive and totally unhelpful. I tried to raise clear and valid complaints and received nothing but cold copy-paste responses. They simply don’t listen.They also use Bosta courier, so you can’t inspect the items before accepting, and since I had already paid by credit card, I had no way to reject the order. When I asked for a return, they just kept repeating irrelevant return policies without even addressing the actual issues.It feels like they’re just pushing whatever they can sell without any real product control or respect for the customer.Honestly, I threw the whole order away.Avoid this company at all costs. Plenty of better, professional stores out there.
