EchoLink for iOS provides access to the EchoLink network for validated EchoLink users. You can use this app to connect to the EchoLink system from almost anywhere, using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If you are not already a validated EchoLink user, you will be required to register (using your Amateur Radio callsign and a password of your choice) the first time you run the app. Please see the iPhone FAQ at www.echolink.org.

Have not been able to connect for days. App needs overhaul to make it more efficient and improve interface. It’s been over a year since an update.

Most of the time it fails to connect. My desktop app works everytime but this thing is mostly broken.
Great for ham travelers

Great way for amateur hams to stay in touch while away from home town turf. No RF radio required. Or for hams who want to listen to repeaters anywhere in the world! Pretty basic user interface but it works. Need to get used to waiting for 3 seconds after push to talk which is Normal for digital radios.
Was a great program until the upgrade

Would be nice if they mentioned in the required OS was updated to 4.2 in the description instead of 4.0 as it currently shows. I updated and now do not have access to the application on my device any longer. Crashes every time I attempt to launch.
Stability improvements. Settings option to display Favorites list alphabetically. Restored volume-control slider on QSO tab on iPad.
