Comfort deliveries shopping app is a regional logistic app in Uganda that runs delivery services
connecting product consumers to product suppliers and vice versa. The app enables customers to make
shopping from their places of comfort like homes, offices, hotels, hospitals and other public places. The
orders made are delivered direct to the door step with aid of the app directions.
The demand for foods and drinks, groceries, pharmaceuticals, sending of parcels is not going to
plummet any time soon. All these mentioned above are essentials to human life. This gives us an
advantage with our App to meet the demand in society by creating access to their day to day products
delivered within a shortest time possible right at their door.
With our app we shall be in position to provide our customers with the best on time delivery of different
products namely: Food, Groceries, Parcels, Pharmaceuticals, etc. There will also be a possibility of

This App gives our service providers the access to online marketing thus expanding their clientele,
increasing their profit margin. For our beloved customers this will be a convenient way of shopping a
wide range of products delivered within the shortest time. For the delivery Team it is going to be a safer
and consistent channel to increase on their daily income.
The app is designed with a feature which enables parcel delivery. Customers can send items such as
documents, gifts and other items to their desired destination.
The shopping app is linked with other two apps namely Store app and the rider app.
The store app is used and managed by the product suppliers (Store owners) who receive orders made
from the customers showing the items, costs and the destination of the order.
The rider app is used and managed by the delivery men. The delivery men get notified of the available
orders that need to be delivered from the nearby stores to the door step of the customer by the help of
google map API system.
This app has two payment options: cash on delivery and digital payment system which makes payments
easier for our customers.This App creates a sustainable working environment for all stake holders be it our service providers,
delivery team or Clients. Comfort deliveries shopping app is fast, safe and secure.
