You can manage unforeseen events with:
- Flexible Scheduling
Worker schedules and changes to the schedules are sent to the right workers, at the right time.
- Customizable Statuses and Qualifications (absent, available, etc.)
The availability and qualifications of your workers are easily identified when assigning them to your worksites.
- The Interactive Contact Sheet
Each worksite has its own interactive contact sheet. You can directly reach out to worksite contacts or members of your team by calling, texting, or emailing them (please verify your mobile plan with your administration).
- Worksite Reports
A report is generated after the completion of each worksite, with the foreperson’s notes, any absences, hours logged, losses of time, etc.
You can reduce errors in payroll preparation with:
- Precalculated Working Hours
According to the hours punched in by your workers, straight time, double time, and time and a half are taken into consideration and automatically added up for you. If you do not plan on using the intelligent timesheet, you’ll have access to uploaded timesheets per employee, per worksite.
- Precalculated Mileage
By comparing the addresses of your workers to the worksites, the daily mileage of each employee is precalculated for you.
- Integration with the CCQ
The regulations of the current collective agreement of the CCQ (in Quebec, Canada) are integrated into the calculations of the software. You also have the option of adding roles paid outside of the norms of the CCQ and make use of a time bank for residential projects.
You can reduce paperwork with:
- The Intelligent Timesheet
Workers can punch in their hours or upload timesheet(s) per worksite.
- Digital Forms
Your paper forms go digital, with interactive questionnaires, H&S forms, worksite reports, etc. Please ask our team how we can add your forms to your company’s portal.
- Files per Project
Each project has its own library of files hosted on the cloud, available in real time at the office and on the go.
