Fixed a bug that could leave a URL unlocalized if the file was downloaded via a different URL. Incorporated optimized memory initializers where possible. Removed an unnecessary component from data collections.

Fixed a bug that could cause SiteSucker to crash if it analyzed a file containing a URL with a data scheme. Had SiteSucker always try to download and/or analyze a site’s robots.txt file before the initial file at the site is downloaded and/or analyzed. Included robots.txt in the "Files Downloaded" count and always saved the robots.txt file as “robots.txt”. Adjusted delay times for other files when a file that was being delayed is skipped. Moved the "Delete robots.txt" preference to the General settings. Added "Domains to Delay" option to the Request settings. Added "Scan Sitemaps for URLs" option to URL settings. Added "Enable JavaScript" setting to SiteSucker Preferences.

Added the ability to save and load documents that are paused. Corrected the positioning of tables in the Downloads screen. Prevented the SiteSucker browser from displaying the progress bar when pages load quickly.
