There is a problem with the notifications.Everything in the App settings and in my iPhone settings is turned on, but I don't receive any banners, sounds and badges.Many times I tried to delete the app and reinstalling it, also I tried to restart and then reset my phone, but it didn't work. I would be glad if you fix this problem, because it is really frustrating! I work with the app and it is very irritating to open the app in 10 min to see if I have any messages! I would be pleased if you fix this problem in the next few days!

You have managed to make your app even more unusable, now with undesired prompts to 'open videos in full format' or 'swipe down for more' on ALL MFKIN REELS as if WE DONT KNOW AND CANT FIGURE IT OUT AND NEED A REMINDER OF IT EVERY TIME WE OPEN A REEL BECAUSE WE'RE BRAINLESS APPARENTLY, along with how explore feed threads now have endless strings of ONLY ADDS after 10 posts down the thread or so WITH NO END - who told you that's a good idea? It makes me close the app immediately and wish it didn't play the role it did in my communication with people and artists BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO USE IT AT ALL ANYMORE AND JUST DELETE IT but I can't. Please oh please, also tell me why you have decided sound needs to be played when a person taps and holds onto a reel, to open up the options for content management on the explore feed, even if the ringer on the phone is off and the sound of the real itself is fully muted when you just tap onto it? Who asked for sound when all sound is disabled except for on music WHEN YOU TAP AND HOLD ON A REEL? That is disruptive, unnecessary, frustrating AND YET ANOTHER THING YOU HAVE ADDED IN THE LAST MONTH THAT MAKES THE APP . THE MAIN HOME FEED WHERE YOU SEE THE POSTS OF THOSE YOU FOLLOW IS COMPLETELY UNUSABLE STILL TOO - let people have infinite scroll feed, let us see all posts from the people we are following CHRONOLOGICALLY LIKE IT USED TO BE, MAKE YOUR APP GOOD, USABLE AND NOT ANNOYING AGAIN like it was three years ago, or at the very least - STOP RUINING IT

The app is the worst in terms of support and technical stuff ! My account got hacked and there is virtually no way to recover it, it’s easy for the hacker to keep it unbothered. There is no real email or live chat support to talk to a real person. All other solutions simply don’t work, you can check most people in every forum complain about the same issues. For example you can choose 2 friends to verify the identity from your (hacked) account, they confirm it and you are approved to recover it and on the “change password” screen it simple doesn’t work, you are stuck on the Finish button. Then you can’t try again, either you are getting errors or infinite loop of redirecting to help center which is useless. Simple things are bugged or not working, you can reinstall, change devices and networks and it doesn’t matter. I can write a lot more, but even this review is useless, the things are going to be the same and hackers keep easily people pages and accounts..

I want to say something just so there’s info about it too. So I’m a beta tester for the app which would indicate that I would get the newest stuff first, right? Well I have 3 accounts. My two unused accounts always get the new features when they come out (for example the messenger update and now the notes system), whereas my main account doesn’t have them. When the messenger update went live, I didn’t even get the option on my main account and the notes no matter how much I try and “update” the app (there have been now 3 new versions since the release of the feature) I still haven’t gotten them. Another great example is when instagram music officially launched in my country I got the feature after 2 months on my main account. I don’t know why that’s a thing but it drives me crazy. If you’re gonna roll out updates, make sure everyone gets them.
