Hello! We are Ape Co Movement School and we are a group of passionate, loving people who know a thing or two about how humans can move their bodies. Welcome to our Movement app! In this app we give videos and programs for getting stronger and more mobile, as well as for developing skills in many areas including handbalancing, athletics, ground movement, soft acrobatics, gymnastics and a bit of most things. We believe that the greatest practice comes from generalizing our capabilities as our bodies are designed to do so much. Lifting heavy weights, moving in complex and expressive ways, fighting, dancing, holding postures, playing games, these things are all normal, good and exciting and because of that the practice is just called Movement. It covers everything because we do a little bit of everything. We want to help you learn how to move your body and reach your goals.
In this app we have some free programs and follow-along videos that are meant to get you started and give you a taste of what having a movement practice is like. Once you purchase our Foundations membership plan you'll gain access to our 3 main programs that are designed to build your foundation in strength, mobility, handbalancing, ground movement, spine work, and overall body awareness. Once you've developed those areas a bit we have more advanced content to take you to the next level of your movement capabilities. Gaining competency in the gym, mastering skills on your hands and feet, knowing how to take care of yourself as injuries arise in the future; these are skills you can expect to gain when you work with us.
So whether your goal is getting stronger, trying something new, recovering from an injury, just having fun exercising or anything in between we've got you covered. This app is an adaptation of our in-person school curriculum. We started as a small studio in Boulder, Colorado, expanded to Denver and now we're in your pocket. Come be a part of our thriving community and see that progress together is bigger, faster, stronger than progress alone. Coaching wherever you go, take your practice anywhere!

The download of Movement by Ape Co is free of charge. No free trial offered. Should you use Movement by Ape Co app to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account . A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
