7.6.4 Fixed a bug where Voice Guidance would stop for some HIIT Workouts. 7.6.2 PUSH-PULL-LEGS (PPL) You can now create a Push-Pull-Legs split using Smart Trainer by selecting either a 3-day or 6-day schedule. MUSCLE STATS Detailed muscle stats, like the number of exercises, sets, and reps per muscle group, are now shown at the bottom of routines, progress, workouts, and the Monthly Summary. 7.6 CUSTOM WORKOUT GOALS Set personal workout goals based on how many times you want to exercise per week, month, or year. Track your progress in detail, monitor your streaks, and stay motivated! POWERBEATS PRO 2 SmartGym now supports the heart rate sensor on Powerbeats Pro 2. It also calculates calories burned during your workouts. AUDIO EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS SmartGym has almost 700 exercises, each with detailed instructions. Now, if you don’t want to read the full instructions, you can just hit play and listen to them. SEARCH ALTERNATE EXERCISE We’ve redesigned the experience of selecting alternate exercises. You can either browse Smart Trainer’s recommendations or search for a specific exercise to fit your workout needs. CALORIES AND HEART RATE If you’re tracking your workout with an Apple Watch, calories burned and heart rate are now displayed directly in the HIIT UI on the iPhone app. If you’re using Powerbeats Pro 2, your heart rate will also be displayed. HEART RATE ZONES The iPhone app now displays heart rate zones during a workout session. SMART TRAINER REDESIGN We’ve revamped the Smart Trainer interface! It now groups all routines together and lets you customize individual settings more easily. PERSISTENT REST TIMER On the iPhone app, the rest timer will now always be visible during your session, even when switching exercises. DELETING EXERCISES We’ve improved how you manage your exercise library. SmartGym offers almost 700 exercises, and you can now delete exercises from your database, with changes syncing across all devices. Each exercise can also be individually restored.
