can’t cancel the subscription

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and delete my account before the free trial. Well I contacted them and they said they can’t help me and cancel it for me, on the other hand I can cancel it myself as the app says I will receive an email to cancel my order, has been two days and I still haven’t received an email and they are still trying to charge me automatically daily!

Méthode rigide et manque de créativité

J’ai utilisé Lingvist durant plus d’un an et abandonne cette application. Rigide (50 mots par jour), manquant de créativité et de stimulations. Manque de réactivité de ses concepteurs. Pas de réponses à mes demandes (notamment élargir le nombre de cartes dans des modules que l’app considère comme terminés). Je déconseille nettement cette méthode.
