Lara Croft: Guardian of Light

A Tomb Raider classic that doesn’t belong in a museum.

Lara Croft: Guardian of Light was a fan-favourite when it first came out in 2010, and its arrival on mobile hasn’t compromised on anything. Players can enjoy a rip-roaring good time with gaming’s most famous archaeologist, using slick twin-stick controls to solve puzzles, grapple around tombs and temples, and duff up demonic baddies in the Tomb Raider’s absolutely inimitable style.

What we love: The level design is gorgeous, with the creepy, trap-filled ruins rendered in great detail. Whether you’re avoiding ancient flamethrowers, climbing moving walls or in a fight for your life against the famous Demon T-Rex, you can’t help but admire how beautiful this adventure really is.

Solve puzzles and take down enemies as you explore Lara Croft: Guardian of Light – alone or with a friend in co-op.

Quick tip: One of the big draws for Guardian of Light is that you can play it in co-op multiplayer. If one of the big bosses is proving a tough fight, why not call on a friend to help you take them down in style?
