I have this app for my grandson, we have purchased a number of pups so far. He quite likes the game but....Recently the app stopped working I tried everything to fix and ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app.Now that I have done this it keeps telling me that there is no purchases to restore or to try again later..I have tried again a lot of time and keep getting the same message.. at this point I am getting very frustrated and am quite upset as I would have spent over $50 on pups so far not to mention my grandson is also very upset that he can’t play with the pups he knew he had..Please resolve this immediately

My son is ACCDICTED to it. He wants the other pups but they cost money. He ALWAYS wants my daughter’s iPad just to play this all the time. When I sit next to him, watching him play this, THERE IS BARLEY ANY LEARNING! He also says to work “it’s so boring to do this. I want play paw patrol game.” please, get lest addictive for this game and make it free. AND NO OFFENCE by this review.

Whenever I play this game I always want to the other characters but then I’m like no it’s money so maybe if you made that three if you’ve got levels and stuff please make that happen it will be so much fun and I’ll give you a 5 out of 5 please stars you guys have the best games but they’re always money and it’s so annoying so please make it better please please please please please love from Aurelia

I just paid the $40 bundle pack thinking this would unlock everything within the game and levels are still locked and asking a further $14 per level!!! This is utterly ridiculous what did I actually gain from paying the $40?? I can’t find any information on this bundle pack. So disappointed as is my little girl. I would like some answers please.That aside the game is easy to play for toddlers, however just waaaay too expensive.
