I spent over $250 in coins this week without a thought. I got absolutely nothing back from it so i msgd them out of frustration detailing that the app has changed as when you used to previously purchase coins you would get something back. I also mentioned how because of mental health problems i took it rather harshly not getting anything back. I completely understand that it’s my risk playing them but when you do not get a feature from 180 million or more that it’s sort of ridiculous. Then they instantly got back to me from that “VIP” link in app & instantly blocked my account only after i raised my hand to ask as to why it is so unfair. Then they rubbed my mental health problems in my face by saying because i used those words they seen fit to block me. What would of happened if i didn’t speak up about how rigged this app is so it was a blessing i disguise as i won’t be ever buying coins anymore because apparently once your blocked that’s it no matter who you speak to that’s it! So not only do they run an app with rigged machine’s they also double as psychiatric professionals who judge your life without even an adult conversation or reasonable explanation for what is happening.

When looking at the few times ‘support’ actually responds, their standard line is, “..sounds like a job for the support team..” but nothing happens.SOUNDS TO ME LIKE IT SHOULD BE A JOB FOR THE ACCC...!The game is very ‘flakey’ and constantly crashes - mainly when being awarded you ‘bonuses’. This usually results in missing out on bonuses all together. If you reach out to support, you hear NOTHING back from them. Just gave it one last try. Had 1,350,000 credits. Betting 100,000 and it all went in under 5 mins. NOT ONE WIN. Anyone who plays REAL poker machines be careful as this computer game exposes, more so than normal, how these games are just designed to take your money. It’s not as though you can ‘cash-in’ when you’ve finished playing like the real machines. It’s just dead money. It’s criminal. Save your money and avoid Aristocrat products - both online and in pubs and clubs. It’s a shame because this online game should have made people WANT to play their real machines in pubs and clubs. Unfortunately due to greed by Aristocrat, it’s worked the opposite way. Exposing the hidden dangers in their real machines. It should be removed from the app store. I’ll be exhausting every law in Australia in getting the money I’ve spent with them, back.
