Terry tackles the Tiles

I am a working “almost” retiree and I enjoy this game because it is relaxing, requires some brainwork now and again but doesn’t have me racing to stay alive all the time. Just my speed. It must be a helluva job to keep developing this game and I am astonished at how interesting you make the graphics, colours, landscapes, layers,etc. I don’t, however, enjoy having to navigate the bloomin ads all the time. I hate the Mafia game ads and the merge games ads whereby the women are “cheated on”, “kicked out of their homes with a baby in their arms”, slapped around etc. these are NOT my kind of games. How did you decide THAT would be my demographic? I am a granny for goodness sake. I would happily play Diggy’s Adventure with my grandbub, but not if I have to hide the ads or explain why funny shaped women are spitting in another poor woman’s food when they are in jail, or a Mum and child are being kicked down the stairs and out into the snow. If there has to be ads, give us a choice between puzzles, whodunnits, brain teasers, lame games…… or give us the choice to pay a one off subscription and cut the ads out altogether. Apart from the ads, I really enjoy this game. Regards, Terry

Great fun, the pet is annoying

I was really enjoying playing this game until the introduction of the pet. I would’ve rated this 5 stars without it. It is only a minor annoyance but on two levels - first there is pretty much no way of getting free pet energy except to wait and second it slows down the gameplay because there is a noticeable lag between when the pet has cleared a tile vs Diggy and vice versa. Which leads to lots of annoying “can’t get there” messages on screen and having to tap again when the way should be clear. I only recently discovered the events and thoroughly enjoyed playing the lord of the rings event (I’m sure that’s not what it’s actually called) but then they made the pet part of the events and it’s really slowed down the pace at which you can play through. There’s still heaps of playing to do for free, you can get Diggy’s energy without too much effort, it’s lots of fun and the ads are not too frequent or long but the pet just made the whole thing a bit less fun, sadly.

Great fun, the pet is annoying

I was really enjoying playing this game until the introduction of the pet. I would’ve rated this 5 stars without it. It is only a minor annoyance but on two levels - first there is pretty much no way of getting free pet energy except to wait and second it slows down the gameplay because there is a noticeable lag between when the pet has cleared a tile vs Diggy and vice versa. Which leads to lots of annoying “can’t get there” messages on screen and having to tap again when the way should be clear. I only recently discovered the events and thoroughly enjoyed playing the lord of the rings event (I’m sure that’s not what it’s actually called) but then they made the pet part of the events and it’s really slowed down the pace at which you can play through. There’s still heaps of playing to do for free, you can get Diggy’s energy without too much effort, it’s lots of fun and the ads are not too frequent or long but the pet just made the whole thing a bit less fun, sadly.

Enjoying the game, would like to screen ads

I’m totally enjoying the game and have been playing for a long time. It can be played without spending real money and choosing when to see ads (for example, watching an ad to get double reward).I enjoy the different types of puzzles and the forward planning to get certain rewards. However, I would like to be able to filter ads to not see gambling ads or games aimed at adults. Overall this is a great game that has held my interest over a long period of time, even when I had to start again due to an iPad issue.

This game is 9+ but that ad says it’s advertising an r rated 18+ app, I refer to “call me legend”. There is enough visual content to be clear what it’s about. As an adult I can choose to tune it out but I believe you have a duty of care to kids playing not to have such advertisements attached to your game. If it were a tv commercial I know who to contact but unsure what happens when it’s on an app. Please out of a sense of care, please have this rectified. I did try to contact pixel federation privately but was unable to.
