Due to the regulations in my industry, I was required to utilise the authenticator app at a cost of $50 which is $600 a year which is way too much if you ask me and then they started to build me at 12:99 a week which is $675 a year without notice without telling me without a contract that I can actually look at. That’s why I’m writing the review here. Hopefully someone will help me. I have written to them and their billing and absolutely nothing has come up except do I want to refund or do I want to cancel? Well I’m not allowed to cancel. I have to have this app and I believe that’s why they’ve ticked on this extra $75 a year. With the number of clients that’s gonna be a lot of money okay? Next when I use the app on my work service it is not fully functional. It shuts down my logon every so often every 30 to 40 minutes. Again and every time I logon it sends an email saying that someone has logged on to my account. If that’s you don’t bother but the thing is it’s a constant battle between turning it back on and having to message on my email goes on all day the other thing is the actual site used to have a lovely colours that were vibrant and now it’s all very flat 2-D and dull buttons and stuff like that so it is made it look worse. It might be safer but it’s made all it does is log you in with your details and sometimes it doesn’t work and you have to log off or you have to leave the tab and you have to repeat the login process until it gets it right I think we should have somewhere we can liaise with and this is as close as I have gotten at this stage to getting the help. I need to answer why I’m being charged more. Basis, because I do not want to be charged on a weekly basis for anything and they’ve and I wanted the monthly basis only I feel as if I’m being controlled by Apple that I have a charge being made to my account I have to look at Apple every week seeing that charge that notice of a or wrong so if someone doesn’t help me with this and help me get my monthly charges, I was advised initial then I’m not going to be able to take this review down. It’s really important. Somebody helps me and put me in touch with whoever the company. It’s whoever is application and get it to work for me in the billing sense and help me understand why they keep logging me off. Anyway, that’s it for now.

Hi,We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our app does offer core functionalities for free, and additional features are clearly marked as part of the paid upgrade. If you were charged unintentionally, we recommend requesting a refund directly via Apple.Regarding the code format: our app supports both 6-digit and 8-digit tokens depending on the service provider and settings of the account you connect. Unfortunately, the token format is not always controlled by the app but by the account being secured. We understand your concerns and are happy to clarify further if needed — feel free to reach out to us at contact.matechmobile@gmail.comThank you for your feedback — it helps us improve the app experience for everyone.

Worst idea for an app ever, let’s lock people out of their accounts then charge them to get it back
