WHAT TO WATCH

Stream some awesome anime

With the largest library of anime titles anywhere, Crunchyroll brings you the very best of the genre – with many episodes available one hour after they air in Japan.

The platform has iconic series (including Naruto, Demon Slayer, One Piece, One-Punch Man and Yu-Gi-Oh) as well as lesser-known titles. Here are just a few of our favourites:

Attack on Titan

With humanity on the brink of extinction, people have taken refuge in cities surrounded by massive walls – an attempt to protect against voracious giants as tall as skyscrapers. The series, based on one of the bestselling Japanese comic books of all time, masterfully blurs the lines between fantasy and sci-fi.

My Hero Academia

My Hero Academia asks the question: In a world where pretty much everyone’s a superhero, what makes you unique? Set in a high school for superheroes-in-training, the beloved series tells the story of Izuku Midoriya’s journey from misfit to almighty hero.

Spy x Family

Equal parts action, adventure and thriller, this series chronicles a spy, Twilight, who builds a family as part of his cover. But Twilight, his wife, and their adopted child each have their own secrets. All three must learn to trust one another – if they don’t, it could lead to a devastating war between rival nations.

Asobi Asobase: Workshop of Fun

Olivia, Hanako and Kasumi decide to start a school club with a singular goal: to have fun. But that ends up being tougher than they expect, as their hijinks often lead to hilarious (and occasionally awkward) conflicts. If you like coming-of-age comedies, give this one a shot.

Laid-Back Camp

While we love action and adventure, sometimes it’s nice to relax. Laid-Back Camp’s slice-of-life stories find a way to make you appreciate the simple things. Centred on a group of girls as they travel and camp throughout Japan, the series’ heartwarming stories both captivate and soothe.
