Updated from AppDelegate to UIScene to avoid future deprecation. No functional changes.

Updated for XCode 26.3. Refactored fragile code and improved command parsing. Finally added some tests; only for the iOS version, but all that code is common with the TV app. Functional change: transitions from/to spiral mode should be smoother and prettier. Due to Apple's new entitlements: if using UDP to send commands to the app, you will need to allow network discovery. Connections from a DJ deck (OS2L) should work as before with no new authorizations needed.

Added 64-bit color palette. Set via UDP or OS2L (see https://subflow.org/controls.html). Long press on the screen or remote will switch between white (default) and red (low light).

Added red mode for low-light scenes. Activate/deactivate with long press, or via UDP and OS2L (see https://subflow.org/controls.html)

Added OS2L support (see http://os2l.org/). subflow can now receive beats and beat magnitude from compatible DJ software. It can switch modes with command 23. Command parameter is the mode number (0..7). It can launch a preloaded sequence with command 17. Command parameter 100 = start, 0 = delete sequence, anything else pauses sequence It can change the size of the pulses with command 11. Command parameter 0% = smallest, 100% = largest, 50% = no pulse Command 7 determines whether to drive the beats directly (100%) or just send current BPM (0%)

Added OS2L support (see http://os2l.org/). subflow can now receive beats and beat magnitude from compatible DJ software. It can also switch modes with payload {"evt":"cmd","id":23,"param":N} where N is the mode number (0..7).

Minor optimizations. This update couples BPM and speed in the following way: whenever BPM changes (manually or via UDP) the speed is automatically updated so that triangles reach the front at the same rate as the beats. Afterwards, you can still change the speed manually or via UDP. Therefore, if you sequence the BPM and SPD commands in one UDP string, you will get the exact BPM and speed you requested, regardless of this update. E.g. "BPM:122.0:0;SPD:0.3:0;"

Controls change. Horizontal swipes now fine-tune the beat alignment (+/- 50ms). To change modes, tap left or right edge of screen.

Added UDP command sequencer that can set exact BPM and speed, and construct long visualization sequences. Updated to fit new iPad mini.

You can now set remote BPM up to 480.

Many improvements on beat timing. Once you set the beat interval accurately, it should stay in sync much longer. Now you can also set an exact BPM remotely over UDP. See http://subflow.org/controls.html for details.

Update from the latest Zone Trip: new beat modes added. New controls: Tap on the upper half of the screen to set a beat interval. Tap on the lower half of the screen to cancel beat interval and create a single beat. Other controls continue to work as before: Horizontal swipes switch animation modes. Vertical swipes change speed for motion modes (speed setting persists across modes).

Added a new spiral mode. Wider range of motion in full-motion mode, and a smoother speed gradient. Also, new controls. Swipe up/down to accelerate/decelerate. Swipe left/right to switch between modes.
