• Choose the audio, you can relax listening to an audio or background music.
• Choose to paint the mandala.
• Choose the chakra or energy center. Each chakra or energy point is assigned a color, choose color paint or crayons that you like and paint the picture giving color and show your creativity, there is a wide range of colors for you recreation. You can fill the image with color brushes. You can also zoom in or move to work more accurately.
• When finished painting the mandala will be able to analyze its meaning and discover messages in your subconscious. Mandalas are an interpretation by shape and color, becoming powerful allies in meditation and healing. You can save it to your gallery because if you color mandalas at different times, you'll see how the patterns change according to your mood.
