Fixes problems with iOS 15 prewarming.

Fixed the key action sounds. The pedal keys sounded like the manual keys in version 5.10, now they got back the correct sounds. The carillon keys don't have sound. Upgraded to Napo 5.11: - Redesigned reverb control: AU Reverb, Convolution Reverb and the rendering of sample releases can now be controlled independently. You can play the sample releases and still add artificial reverb. - Included metronome (long-tap the Console view icon). - Optional coloured borders around the stop buttons. This makes the assignment of the stops to the manuals more apparent (long-tap the Console view icon).

In celebration of its 10th anniversary, StrandOrgan gets a supplemental Carillon keyboard. The bell samples are derived from the Lurie Carillon recordings that are freely available at https://gobluebells.wordpress.com/2016/09/21/lurie-carillon-samples/ . Besides that, the app was updated to Napo 5.10.

Napo 5.4: Improved Launchpad handling.

Main changes: - Support for recording in 32 bit float WAV format. - New recorder configuration editor (long-tap the Start Rec. button). - Auto-sustain for screen keyboards: When you tap a key only shortly, it will be sustained. When you tap for longer than 0.1 seconds, it will be released when the tap ends. - Screen keyboards can send MIDI messages. - Shared impulse responses. The IRs are shared by all updated Napo apps. Use StrandOrgan to install the factory IRs. You can use the Thafknar app to manage the IRs. - Support for Launchpad X. - Audiobus updated to v3.0.15.

This was more annoying than useful. - Attaching / detaching stops and previous bank / next bank functionality. We are not aware of anybody who used these functions. - ABCDE combinations. This functionality is replaced by the new combination system. There is now a macOS version of StrandOrgan!

Bugfix: StrandOrgan 5.0 crashed when its convolution reverb was active while the Audiobus app was running. As a preliminary measure, the convolution reverb is now deactivated when Audiobus is running (or any other app which does not allow StrandOrgan to set the hardware sample rate). New: The app does now include two 48000 Hz Kalvträsk impulse responses of Lars Palo. You need an iPad 4 or better to use these impulse responses. Note: The included impulse responses of Fokke van Saane have not been converted from 44100 to 48000 Hz, so they don't sound exactly as they are supposed to.

Upgraded to Napo 3.6, which means: - Display of hardware sample rate and actual buffer duration in Settings view. - Audiobus support (Audiobus library 1.0.2). - Higher volume for iOS reverb. - GLYPHICONS in the tab bar. - Configurable artificial latency. - Bugfix (using the combination system crashed the app when running on iOS 7). Furthermore, StrandOrgan 5.0 uses data of the Kalvträsk Church sampleset version beta 2 (previously beta 1) which offers a faster attack of the pipe sound. The files are reduced from 24 to 16 bit to avoid a 50% increase of the memory requirement, but we kept the 48000 Hz sample rate of the beta 2 sampleset.
