Reviews on the App Store are not only for negative comments. Most users leave reviews only when they experience problems, while satisfied users rarely bother to leave a comment. Yes, TOD does have some negative points and of course should be addressed., but calling it a scam or as if users were forced into purchasing a subscription, is not accurate. Before buying should research properly. TOD offers 3 different subscription plans, and the limitations of each are clearly stated before purchase. You can’t log in on 100 devices with one acc and expect to run on all devices like u got the most expensive subs. High expectations :)))) You can log in on up to 5 devices but only the 4k plan allows simultaneous streaming on 2 devices. With full access to all available content. Cheaper plans have content restrictions. Most expensive subscription is around 114 AED per month. Language limitations on some matches are a valid issue, especially for 4k subscribers.

I would like to genuinely commend TOD for the remarkable improvement over the past year. The platform has clearly evolved streaming is now smooth and reliable, with no interruptions at all, even during high-traffic events. This is a huge change compared to around three years ago, when many users (myself included) experienced sudden disconnections due to viewer overload. It’s obvious that real effort and investment were made to fix those issues, and the results speak for themselves.Customer support has also become much faster and more responsive, which makes a big difference.I’d also like to personally recommend anyone in Dubai to visit Virgin Megastore at Mall of the Emirates and ask for TOD’s representative there, Negin. Her support was outstanding. She was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping with everything related to TOD. Using the TOD app has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not once have I managed to enjoy a smooth streaming experience without constant issues ruining it. The app is plagued by endless buffering, sudden freezes, random crashes, and an overall sluggish performance that makes it feel completely unreliable.Every time I try to watch something, I end up battling with delays, interruptions, and frustration instead of actually enjoying the content. It’s shocking how such a platform, which charges a subscription fee, delivers such a consistently poor experience. At times, it feels like I’m literally paying just to torture myself rather than to enjoy entertainment.For a service positioned as a premium streaming platform, the performance is embarrassingly subpar. Unless TOD seriously addresses these issues, I honestly cannot recommend it to anyone.

A person would expect more, especially since this is the official streaming platform for beIN Sports, which broadcasts major competitions such as the UCL, EPL, and La Liga.Unfortunately, the 1-star rating is disappointing but understandable due to the lack of customer support and the poor quality of app updates.I personally subscribed a few days ago to watch the remaining matches of UCL 2025 and La Liga 2025. I also subscribed to the FHD Sports plan, which clearly states that I can stream matches on more than one device. However, this is not the case.Suggestions:•Act immediately to solve user issues on a case-by-case basis. You should also carefully read all the negative reviews and resolve them as soon as possible.
