Hello, I really like clash of clans and everything in it but there is one main problem, which is the time it takes for researching and upgrading troops and buildings, etc. I have been playing for a month now but am impatient because of all the time each upgrade takes and I fear I might leave this game if the time keeps increasing from 2 days to 3 days or more, so I would really appreciate if you would reduce the time for each upgrade to maximum 2 days and I am pretty sure many world wide players will support me with this issue.Another issue is the passes and everything that are pretty expensive. I feel that your prices should be reduced To half and please add more and cooler free rewards. Maybe you could let people get pass rewards by first finishing the normal rewards, while people with the pass can get them with the normal rewards.Improvements in the game that I would like you to add include:> Please add an auto resources collecter.> More stuff with the trader at cheaper prices.> More prize money for finishing multiplayer and builder battle stars increasing with each town hall and more space in the treasury to hold this loot.> Free gems by watching adds as sometimes a person just needs one more Jen but can’t get one.> Less housing space worth of troops to have cooler troops and show off.> More tasks with greater gem rewards.> More heroes and add upgrades where heroes can hold more than two items in blacksmith.> Free backgrounds for villages.> Gem rewards for placing decorations.> Goblin attacks to defend against.> Clearer instructions on how to deploy troops at the best positions while attacking.> 2x speed option during battles.I hope you will consider my improvements and support my concerns as I assure you that with these problems fixed and my suggested improvements, many more people will play the game and less will consider deleting it afterwards.

I have been playing Clash of Clans for years, but this has been one of the most frustrating support experiences I have ever had.The game currently crashes every time I press “Attack” and also crashes when I open my level progress screen. The game is effectively unplayable.I reported the issue to support, followed every troubleshooting step they provided, updated the game, updated my device, changed the Warden skin as instructed, and even recorded and submitted video evidence of the problem.What makes this even more disappointing is that support initially acknowledged that this was a known issue and stated that their team was working on a fix. Despite that, I continued receiving generic troubleshooting responses that did not solve the problem.After all of this, the final response I received was that they had “exhausted all possibilities” and were closing the conversation, even though the issue still exists and I still cannot play the game.I understand that bugs happen. What I do not understand is closing a support case when the game remains unplayable and the issue has not been resolved.The game itself is great. The handling of this issue and the support experience have been extremely disappointing.That review is strong because it attacks the process, not the people. Anyone reading it—including the developer team—can immediately see what happened and why you’re unhappy.

Hai dear admin I played clash of clan about 4 years .but we have a little issue after we reach town hall 11 every troops and defense updates are take more than 2 week it’s very too much time . Can you change that . Maximum days is 14 days can you change that time period and every heroes updates are minimum take 7 days any future updates please change that time period that’s it if u can please help us and lot of players are stoping clash of clan main reason is time period. And give me some free dresses we have not real money at the moment lot of players are so poor please if u can do best
